Where SNMP C AGENT Receives the snmp request

Hi

I know to develop the snmp c agent with using Adventnet C Agnet toolKit.Now i have a doubt Actually,

How does Agent developed by the Adventnet c Agent toolkit get the request ?

What is the SYNTAX of the command that is got by the Agent toolkit?

If in case , I am developing a SNMP MANAGER for this specific SNMP C Agent, what is the syntax i should follow to give the snmp request and get snmp request ?

Let us keep like this , i have to develop a SNMP Manager in c language for a SNMP Agent how can i design it ?

Please help me regarding this .
