WebNMS is offering a MPLS add-on over the WebNMS.  The software supports propagation of layer 2 or layer 3 failures to visually indicate effects on service and device availability.  The MPLS Pack provides out-of-the-box support for multi-vendor devices. By default, it has in-built support for Cisco and Juniper MIBs.  Other devices MIBs can also be incorporated.
