Hi All,

We are glad to announce the release of Service Pack 3 of Web NMS 4.7.0.

To download the service pack, please visit

This service pack is compatible with AdventNet Web NMS 4.7.0, AdventNet Web NMS 4.7.0 Service Pack 1, and AdventNet Web NMS 4.7.0 Service Pack 2.

Pre-requisites for installing AdventNet Web NMS 4.7.0 Service Pack 3:

1. If you are using AdventNet Web NMS 4.7.0, 4.7.0 SP1, or 4.7.0 SP2 and want to upgrade to the latest, apply Service Pack 3 directly.
2. If you are using AdventNet Web NMS 4.5.0 and want to upgrade to the latest, apply Service Pack 1 of Web NMS 4.5.0 and then apply Service Pack 3 of Web NMS 4.7.0. Note that this setup is equivalent to Web NMS 4.7.0 + SP3.
3. If you are using any earlier versions of AdventNet Web NMS, contact nms-support@adventnet.com for assistance in upgrading to the latest version.

The Release Notes [Download Zip]: For details of updates and fixes provided with this pack .I download this zip file .
but this zip cann't unzip ,it's bad.

Hi,

We believe you downloaded the release notes by clicking on the Download Zip link that is present against the Release Notes in the Technical Documentation page of Web NMS.

We checked the file and we are able download, unzip and invoke the release notes without any problem. Please verify that the zip file size is 878 KB (899,519 bytes)

Please let us know the steps that you have followed in downloading the file. Especially the tool that you used for unzipping the file. If possible send us the error message that is displayed (if any) when unzipping the file.

I have only got 858,289bytes,and I use winrar tool to unzip .

Hi,

We believe there must have been some issue while downloading the release notes zip file. Therefore, please download the file again and ensure that the file Size is 878 KB (899,519 bytes) before extracting as stated in our previous post.

We extracted using winrar and we do not find any issue with the file.

The WebNMS Server comes up just fine. I am using JDK 1.5. Nothing else is changed.

I get the following error when I try to connect using the Web Client.

AdvenNet WebNMS 4.7 + sp3 officially supports both java 1.4 and 1.5. For more details regarding the support for jdk1.5, kindly go through the below link.
